Neither one charges you for a lead. Neither one sells a homeowner's details. Homeowners hire for free.

How we get paid

You pay when you win. Not before.

We charge on the work, never on your materials. The work is your contract minus materials you bill at cost and permits. Nothing up front; our fee comes out as your client pays you (coming). If the client doesn't pay, you don't pay us.

  • Cancelled in the 3-day window: no fee.
  • A repeat job from a customer we introduced pays the board fee for 18 months, then nothing.
  • While we pay for your marketing, a job won from a lead through your site pays the Presence fee. Referrals, past customers and people who search your business by name never do.

Who fits

How you stay Verified Your BidWell Verified Score. New partners start with the application score (fit line 60 of 100). Once you have 15 verified jobs, your Verified Score has to stay at 75 or above.

Monthly add-ons run 3 months to start, then month to month. Ad money is never spent without a monthly budget you approve in writing.

Terms in plain words
  • Verified: 12 months to start, then 30 days' notice.
  • Leaving early: a fixed $1,500 for the build and launch, waived after month 12.
  • Jobs from leads we sent you still carry the commission for 18 months.
  • Going around BidWell on a lead we sent: you owe only the fee that job would have paid. Never a penalty. First time, leads pause for 30 days. Second, a 90-day suspension. Third, the partnership ends.
One partner is owned by BidWell's founder. It's scored the same way, and it gets no better routing.
