Get to the job before it's bought.

Homeowners will plan the project in BidWell before they buy: measurements, photos, what they want. Shops will bid on their piece of it. Suppliers will show up on the list.

Bid on your piece, not the whole job.

Cabinets, countertops, glass, metal, furniture and millwork. When a homeowner marks a scope custom, shops that serve the area will see it, with the measurements and photos.

  • Your bid sits next to the big-box option: your price, your lead time, photos of your work.
  • Work as the contractor's sub, or for the homeowner direct. Both jobs sit on one project.
  • A BidWell plan like any trade: Solo $29 or Crew $49 a month.
  • Win the job, pay the board fee: 5% of the work, $50 minimum, $500 cap. No win, no fee.
  • Never a fee per lead.
The work is the job price minus materials billed at cost and permits.

Be on the list when it's made.

Tile, flooring, paint, plumbing, building supply and design services. Every BidWell project builds a shopping list from the measurements, with quantities and waste figured in.

  • ComingSuppliers with a product feed show their price on the list. We don't scrape.
  • Coming, with partnersA homeowner picking tile or paint orders a sample from you, tied to the wall it's for.
  • Live todayContractors keep supplier, SKU and link on every material in their BidWell price book. Coming: your current price shows there.

How it works · Coming

One plan. Every piece of the job.

  1. 01A homeowner plans the project in BidWell: measurements, photos, selections.
  2. 02The plan splits into scopes: cabinets, counters, tile, paint.
  3. 03Shops bid on their scope. The shopping list shows prices from suppliers with a feed.
  4. 04The homeowner picks, signs and pays in BidWell. Everything in writing.

Samples · Coming, with partners

The sample that sells the job.

Paint, wallpaper, tile and flooring samples, ordered from the step where the homeowner is choosing. The one they pick goes into the estimate and onto the shopping list.
