Stop typing what you already said.

You told the homeowner the price, the start date and what changed. Why type it again that night? Tell BidWell. It writes it down, shows you what it heard, and waits for your okay.

Why I built this

I ran jobs all day and did paperwork at night. What I did not write down got forgotten. I did not want a note app that pauses my music and sends my voice to somebody's cloud. I wanted the truck to be the office.

What you say becomes the record.

Coming Say the message. Skip the typing. Talk it out. BidWell writes it clean. You check it, then send.

Got it.

Built, not in the app yet: text in, a proposal out, your confirm before anything changes. Illustrations; the company and client are fictitious.

Nothing changes an agreement until you say so.

BidWell never sends a document, moves money or orders materials on what it heard. Every change shows you the words it came from and what would change. You confirm. Then it happens. The client sees the same change on what they approve.

In the truck

How it works on the road.

A contractor driving his truck at sunset with his phone on the dash mount
The music keeps playing. BidWell listens through your phone's mic with voice isolation. It never takes over your audio or flips your truck to call mode.
Hold to talk. It listens when you hold the button, not all day.
We don't keep your audio. The plan Speech becomes text on your phone where it can. If it has to use our server, the audio is deleted right away. The text goes to a hosted AI model that does not train on your data.

The micComing

Clip it on. It's already set up.

Your phone does the job on its own. Want your hands free? We will sell a clip-on mic that arrives already tied to your BidWell account. Clip it on and talk.

  • Set up before it ships. Yours the moment you clip it on. Nothing to pair, nothing to set up.
  • Stays charged all day. Charge it with your phone at night.
  • Wakes up for calls. When a call comes in that does not go through BidWell, the mic captures your side so the record is not lost. Vision

Before BidWell keeps anything, it decides whether the talk was business. Personal talk is dropped, not stored. You can override either way.

Stuck in a waiting room while a homeowner sits on a change order? Have BidWell nudge them. When they approve, the shopping list updates with the approval attached. Pick it all up on the way to the site, your sub's items included.

CallsComing

Calls through BidWell write themselves down.

On a BidWell number, the call is its own record: who said what, with the recording notice at the start. No app can record a call on your personal number. Hold the button after you hang up and tell BidWell what was agreed.
